There is a ‘no return, refund & expiry policy’ on any products purchased on our website or mobile application subject to few below exceptions.
- I. Return to origin-
- a. When a product is undelivered by courier due to some uncertain reason, we will refund the full amount after receiving the product at our facility.
- b. When a product is lost by courier in transit. We will refund the full amount at the same time after receiving the proof or statement from the courier agency.
- II. Customer returns
- a. Customer returns will be accepted only when a product delivered is wrong or damaged. We can replace your product with the exact same item, if it is unused and intact, or if you provide the proof of damage or defect.
- b. Customer can contact support team via email, within 4 days from delivery. Our team will request for certain proofs of damages or wrong item delivered.
Returns are not possible in the following cases:
- • Opened or used products can’t be returned or refunded.
- • Return request is made outside the specified time frame (After 4 days of delivery).
- • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, including price tags & labels.
Jurisdiction
We consider that any person accessing our website or mobile application has gone through all our terms, conditions and policies and he/she agree to them. All the users are responsible for their actions. These terms, conditions and policies shall be governed by the laws of India. In the event of dispute in connection with www.glarusindia.com or Glarus mobile application program and the interpretation of terms and conditions, our decision shall be final. If any dispute remains unsolved, then that will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
